That’s the thing about the bass, it demands to be dropped.
I was Yeti/firstsignature/lastsignature hunting at B&N and there was a probably early 30-something lady standing there, staring at all the copies of TFiOS.
She saw me flipping all the books open.
Her - “So, these are real signatures?” (pointing to the 3 remaining signed copies)
Me - “Yup. He signed 150,000 copies.”
She asked me what it was about, and I told her. She reached out and grabbed an unsigned copy, saying that she wanted to leave the last signed ones for a real fan.
She thanked me and left.
I feel good now.
I forgot to tell her about Nerdfighteria though. Hopefully she finds out on her own.
This is the TFiOS van.
There’s only one thing to do if you see it.
That, of course, being take a picture or video of yourself humping it.
Let’s see how many people we can get to hump the TFiOS van.

EDIT: I found the post again and it’s the only post on the blog, so I’m pretty sure it’s false. But the rest of this post still applies.
There is currently a potential spoiler in the “TFIOS” tag here on Tumblr. There is no “read more” and it is not tagged with spoiler/TFIOS spoiler.
I know it’s tempting to look at all the pictures of people’s still-boxed copies of TFIOS (you guys are awesome for holding out like that!) but there’s always the chance you’ll see a spoiler.
By the title of the post and the wording, I can’t tell if they’re being serious or just a jerk. Be careful, guys. I accidentally saw it, and if it’s true then it’s a pretty big spoiler.
Please, PLEASE, PLEASE. If you couldn’t wait any longer and read the book, please don’t post anything on Tumblr about it. Please.
