Here’s my theory:
Jay and Tim will go there together. They’ll explore it a bit, and enter a certain room. Most likely where Tim spends the night or where he’s hit over the head. Tim will trigger somehow, maybe attack Jay?
I say either Tim triggers and attacks Jay, or The Operator appears and some other stuff goes down.
Maybe Jay will play it smart and bring some form of self-defense and hurt Tim if Tim attacks but I don’t want to think about that.

Oh man, this is great. We’ve got four entries we can connect in a nice sequence of events.
Entry #55 -> Entry #56 -> Entry #57 -> Entry #51
We don’t really know exactly how much time is between 57 and 51, which sucks, because Tim could be in that building for DAYS. But in 56, didn’t Alex say he was bringing Brian the next day? I doubt Alex would care too much if Tim was still in the building the day of 56, as he’d be getting rid of Brian anyway.
So yeah. They go to building. Tim gets hit. Tim spends the night, maybe longer. Brian and Alex show up. The Operator appears, Brian passes out, whatever. Wakes up, finds Tim, but gets attacked by The Operator or Alex or whatever and is dragged out of the room. We don’t know exactly what happens to Tim after that.
at first I was hoping that it was Jay who was in the building and that he’d rescue Tim, but then I remembered that Tim stays in that building until he’s found by Brian.
But then, well, you know what happens to Brian in Entry 51.
